with Margaret Kachadurian & Kim Hohenstein

Montana Mindfulness Project teachers will define what mindfulness is and isn't, and offer simple mindfulness practices that after-school educators can implement into their programs to bring about emotional resiliency in students inner lives. These trauma-informed practices promote kindness, improve relational skills for friendship development and improve behavior management.
