This interactive summit will provide employers and the youth-supporting field with actionable takeaways and strategies for advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace by:

• elevating the perspectives of young, early-career workers who are traditionally not included in decision-making around organizational DEI strategies; and

• sharing proven strategies, research, and lessons learned from collaborative efforts to improve workplace environments around the country.
